“In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:6-7
On this Friday, Philippians 4:6-7 invites us to remember peace and let hope rise from God’s character rather than from perfect circumstances. Day 289 of the year is another opportunity to slow down, pray honestly, and trust God with what is in front of us today.
